Supporting SMEs to meet buyers and respond to challenges in Medicines Optimisation
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
The GET project is delighted to be co-organizing a Medicines Optimisation Workshop to be held in Belfast, Northern Ireland on 25th March 2015. The workshop will be at a meeting of the ECHAlliance
Northern Ireland Connected Health Ecosystem, and will include keynote speakers, panels, speakers’ corner, roundtables and an exhibition area.
Medicines are the most common intervention in healthcare. The increasing population of older citizens, who often have several co-morbidities, necessitates the use of numerous medications.
This in turn presents a range of challenges with regards to medicines optimisation. This event aims to explore what health professionals, pharmacists, patients and industry can do to
combat this growing challenge.
The goals for this event are to:
Identify the challenges facing medicines optimisation
Share knowledge & best practice from recognised leaders in medicines optimisation
Explore future business opportunities & solutions to address the continued challenges of medicines optimisation
Showcase current technology & process solutions for medicines optimisation and to identify gaps in provision
Provide an opportunity for industry to meet procurers and buyers
This workshop is a collaboration between the Northern Ireland Connected Health Ecosystem and both Fill the Gap and GET Global, with SMEs having an opportunity to present their medicines
optimisation (adherence, management) solutions and meet with procurers and buyers in this area. We are also keen to hear from you if you have a medicines optimisation challenge that you would
like to present. Please indicate your interest in a presenting slot when you register to attend and we will be in touch.
Please only register if you are sure you will attend, places are limited.
